The Site requires no registration and does not intentionally collect personal data (names, phone numbers, etc.). The following anonymous technical data may be processed automatically:

BIN/IIN values entered into the lookup form (the first digits of a card) — these are not personal data and cannot identify a cardholder or perform a transaction.

Legal basis — the legitimate interest of the controller in operating the Site and the visitor's consent expressed by using the Site.

The Site relies on third-party services that may process anonymous technical data under their own policies:

advertisers — when you follow an ad link, data is processed by the respective resource under its own policy; the Site administration bears no responsibility for this.

The Site provides a free informational service that returns details about a bank card by its BIN/IIN code. Information is provided “as is”, is for reference only and does not guarantee complete accuracy or timeliness. The Site is not a financial institution and does not process payments.

using the Site for unlawful purposes, including fraud, is prohibited;
automated data harvesting, actions disrupting the Site, and unauthorized-access attempts are prohibited;
you are responsible for your actions while using the Site.

4. Third-party advertising

The Site hosts advertising from independent third parties. The administration is not a party to transactions between users and advertisers and is not responsible for the content, legality or quality of external resources. See the “Disclaimer” at the bottom of the home page.

5. Intellectual property

The design, structure and materials of the Site (excluding third-party advertising) belong to the Site administration and may not be used without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

The administration is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Site, or for the actions of third parties (advertisers, analytics and protection services).
